LOVE - To love someone is to accept them fully for who they are, imperfections and all. Love does not seek to change. Love does not seek anything, actually. It’s selfless. Part of loving someone is being supportive, encouraging them to be the best version of themselves. Self-love is a requirement if you want to love someone else. It is also important to nurture yourself, feed your body and soul, and feel good in order to have the space to love others. We should also love and appreciate every blessing that God gives us. Every breathe, bit of strength, and every opportunity is a gift from God. Loving him and understanding the things he does for us is most important, and is influential in the way we can love others.
INSPIRE -To be inspirational is to lead by example and encourage others to feel there is something worthwhile to become and do. Challenge them to go beyond what’s easy and comfortable. Encourage them to try new things and confront new obstacles they haven’t faced before. Doing so will make them stronger and increase their faith in themselves.
VALUE - When you value someone, it means that you appreciate them as a person. You value their mind and soul and can see how amazing they are. Make time for your partner and friends! Minimize how busy you are and make time for your partner, kids and friends and value the time you have with them. Also value your time with God and your time in his creation, taking full advantage of the life and world he has provided us. Take time out of your day to grow with the Lord and seek his purpose for you.
VENTURE– is a shortened form of adventure! Adventure looks different to everyone, and no adventure is better than another. To us, adventure is stepping out of your comfort zone by doing something that you normally wouldn’t do. Whether it’s exploring the country or exploring a new hobby, it is about finding something that you love and pursuing it relentlessly. Go out and experience something new because it’s always worth it in the end.
IMPACT – We can have so much impact on others by doing these simple things. Volunteer...Whether you’re delivering meals to the homeless or working backstage at your fourth-grader’s school play, you’ll be focusing on the needs of others. Share your skills and knowledge. Find the just-right activity that puts your special talents to use. We all have time constraints and responsibilities but be willing to lend a hand whenever possible.
THRIVE – Whether in business, health or relationships, know or find your purpose and passion in life! Everyone discovers what their purpose and or passion is at different stages in life, but the most important thing is being eager and passionate to discover what that is for you. I firmly believe that we all were put here to do magnificent and wonderful things in the world.
